Design a Leaf
Help us decorate Boronia Square with hand designed leaves. Design your own, or download a leaf template here! We will provide local schools with leaves to provide to their students.
Perform
We are looking to showcase local performers from dance troupes, choirs and more. Get in touch with us if you would like to perform at this event! You tell us what you can do and we can give you a stage!
Free stalls for community groups
If you have a community group in the area, then get in touch with us for a free space at this event.
Market Stalls And Food Trucks
We have the best line up of stall holders at our events. Featuring local suppliers, unique, creative and hand-made goods.
Stalls are $95 inc GST for a 3x3m space and marquee included free!
Apply for a stall
Please select the most relevant stall holder type. On checkout, please select ‘Pay Later’ as we need to approve all stall holders to ensure compliance with event requirements.
Successful applicants will be notified within 14 days of application. Payment for stall is required within 7 days of approved application.
Step 1 - Apply for event
Please apply for the event that you wish to attend through the form below.
Step 2 - Wait for approval
Once you have applied, please wait for email approval before paying for your stall space.
Please do not pay for your stall space until you have recieved confirmation.
Step 3 - Once approved, please then pay
Once you have recieved your confirmation email (this may take up to 2 weeks) please pay for your accepted stall space through ‘Stripe’ by following the attached link.
Step 4 - Enjoy event day!
Once payment has been received you will be sent bump in details for the event and are now ready for a great event day!
