Insurance Requirements
All stall holders will be required to provide their Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency with their application.
Big Little Markets holds $20 million public liability and conducts risk assessments with every event.
How we will communicate with you
We will notify you when your application has been waitlisted, reviewed, approved, or not approved. Application review may take up to 2 weeks.
Final site maps and run sheets will be provided to stall holders when you have paid for your space and again 3-4 days before the event.
Vendor selection is at the sole discretion of Big Little Markets.
Safety Expectations
If you are bringing marquees are to be weighted with at least 20kg of weights per leg – or more if requested. This will be depending on the venue requirements.
Any power leads are to be tested and tagged.
If you are intending on bringing a generator, you will notify us.
You will drive in our event space at no more than walking pace with your hazard lights on.
Event Expectations
Stall holders are not permitted to pack up before events conclude.
Site access for set up is a maximum of 3 hours before the event and will be advised in bump in notes.
Your stall will be presented well.
Any trestle tables will have table cloths that fit appropriately and do not provide trip hazzards for guests.
You will take your rubbish home.
You will be polite to, and engage well with all customers.
Bump out concludes one hour after the event finish time. Should bump out be required after trading hours, extra charges will apply.
The Event Organiser has the right to request Stall holders leave the premises should Stall holders behaviour be inappropriate or unsafe or breaches the vendors terms and conditions.
Stall holders agree that during the event, the event organisers will be conducting videography and photography which may be published for the purposes of Redsteps and future event promotions.
Food Vendors Expectations
All food vendors will be required to provide us with a copy of their Streatrader licence.
Stall holders must respond accordingly and cooperatively with all Event Management Staff
Should the event be postponed due to bad weather or other circumstance we will reschedule the event to the next best date available for the location.
Event Cancellation
In the circumstances an event is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions and a replacement date cannot be established within 30 days of the original event date, Big Little Markets holds the right to retain Stall holder fees.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is we offer a refund with any cancellations made 14 days before any event. There is a $5 admin fee for any cancellations.
Any cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are not refunded.
If Big Little Markets cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund your fee if it is suitable to do so.
