2. Tent Walls & Shelter
Protect your products and yourself from the weather. Even if the forecast looks good, bring tent walls or side panels to shield against wind, sun, or unexpected rain.
3. Weights for Your Tent
Strong winds can be a nightmare for market stalls! Always bring weights (like sandbags or water weights) to secure your tent and keep it safe and stable throughout the day. At Big Little Markets we require you to have 20kg per leg.
4. Food & Water Bottle
You’ll be busy all day, so pack snacks and a refillable water bottle to keep your energy up and stay hydrated. Some markets may have food vendors, but it’s always smart to have your own.

Don’t forget hooks, shelves, racks, tablecloths, and signage to create an inviting and professional-looking stall.

Bring your EFTPOS machine or card reader, and have a cash float for small change to make sales seamless for all customers.
7. Packaging Supplies
Have plenty of bags, boxes, or wrapping materials ready to package purchases neatly and securely.
8. Sign-Up Sheet or Tablet for Customer Contacts
If you’re growing your mailing list or social media following, bring a sign-up sheet or digital device to capture customer details easily.
