Successful applicants will be notified within 14 days of application. Payment for stall is required within 7 days of approved application.

Step 1 - Apply for event

Please apply for the event that you wish to attend through the form below.

Step 2 - Wait for approval

Once you have applied, you will receive an email when your stall application moves through the application process.

Step 3 - Once approved, please then pay

Once you have recieved your confirmation email (this may take up to 2 weeks) please pay for your accepted stall space. You will receive an invoice. 

Step 4 - Enjoy event day!

Once payment has been recieved you will be sent bump in details for the event and are now ready for a great event day!

We share our events on Facebook and Instagram as well as social media pages of the venue (where available).

We have an email database of customers who want to hear about the latest products. We send out monthly emails with updates and featured products.

We advertise our events using social media ads, boosted social posts and also online directories.
